Marketwood provides a platform for buying and selling digital woodworking plans and CNC files. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Marketwood cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, you grant Marketwood a license to display and distribute your work through the platform.
All sales on Marketwood are for digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Refund eligibility is governed by the following rules:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.
All refund requests are reviewed by the Marketwood team. Refunds are not automatically approved. We reserve the right to deny any request, particularly when plan files have already been downloaded.
If your refund request is denied, you will receive an email with an explanation from our team.
Items acquired at no cost ($0) can be removed from your library at any time, but no monetary refund applies.
You may not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates any applicable laws.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
